| Your Organisation or Initiative Name | Procomum/LAB Procomum |
| Where is it located? | Santos, São Paulo, Brazil. |
| About your organisation | The Procomum Institute (IP) envisions a world that respects, protects, and defends the commons—whether in nature, the economy, science, education, technology, or culture. This can only happen through the political action of women and men organized autonomously in communities and networks. A world where society is built on care, cooperation, collaboration, and the defense of life in all its forms. In the communities and networks of this world, our true aim is to foster living agreements based on diverse needs, dreams, knowledge, and capabilities—recognizing and respecting differences in pursuit of a full and empowered life for all.

One Project Showcase
| Name one of your projects to showcase | LAB Procomum |
| About the project | An open lab for creators, makers, and the curious who want to test prototypes or develop social impact projects. A place where people are encouraged to work in networks, collaborate with one another, form communities, and share dreams. This is LAB Procomum, the citizen lab created and maintained by the Procomum Institute (IP) since 2017 in Santos, São Paulo. Known by its users simply as “the LAB,” it offers shared spaces, workshops, and a home for diverse creative and practice-based communities. These groups organize around permanent Working Groups (WGs) or Study Groups (SGs), each with its own dynamic—but always open to new participants. To ensure dialogue and interactions thrive, the LAB is managed by a dedicated team that facilitates processes based on collectively built rules (to us, this is what it means to be a commons-driven space!).
