Transforming African governance with AI
About the project

Over 2 years, we collaborated with Ministry of Agriculture in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Malawi, Ghana and Kenya to understand policy formulation and its direct impact on small and medium farmers. We built a platform that provided governments with policy landscaping, benchmarking and formulation tool. Embedding AI at the heart of the policy ecosystem delivered more than a tool—it enabled a new way of governing.
