Exhibition!
We at GIG are a global network of makerspaces, fab labs and innovation hubs primarily based in the Global South. After years of working on connecting communities from the Global South to each other, it came to our attention the need to connect European and German spaces to their counterparts in the rest of the world. Especially when we hear more statements like: “I never knew that this could be happening in Ghana!” With this intention, we have prepared a small moving exhibition showing members of our network and their work and showcasing it in makerspaces and innovation hubs in Germany.
