“Health: A Technology in Common” is the title of the Moving Exhibition happening from the 30th of November till the 11th of December in Santos, Brazil. The moto; health and technology united to create affordable and low-cost solutions to improve people’s lives. Uncomplicating, simplifying and bringing access to health solutions to the community is the focus of the exhibition held by Instituto Procomum at Instituto Arte no Dique, in Santos.
Arte no Dique is located in Vila Gilda, the largest shantytown in Latin America. In its space, there are several cultural activities aimed at the development and participation of the community. With the exhibition, we will show two prototypes developed during the Careables project in the year 2020: A low-cost multiparameter monitor and face shields made on 3D printers.
With an interactive mosaic game format, produced by Daniel Calado, children and the whole community will be able to, in a playful and fun way, understand the processes and challenges of the development of the two prototypes.
The Exhibition has been build out of recycled material and its main target audience are children.
