Creative innovation Centre (C.I.C) is a youth led organization founded in 2021 by youths who love to see youths participate in tech activities in the refugee camp. It is located in ofua three, ofua zone Rhino camp refugee settlement. Creative innovation Centre is registered with the local government under Uriama sub-country.

 Creative innovation Centre aims at achieving youth comprehensive and sustainable development through providing skills, services, programs and projects to improve the economic standing of the youth and create new educational, rehabilitation and vocational training opportunities followed with mentoring and guidance services.
