For the last 6 years or so I spent a lot of my time to push a FabLab @ Berlin University of Applied Science. The FabAccess project is and was a sidetrack of that bigger task to enable people to use machines in a very open (and opensource) way. After the project currently takes a few unexpected turns, I need a new field of work to put my energy in.
